This week, the lettuce have grown just large enough to harvest, so I will be starting to feast upon that during the week. One set of channels supports 18 plants, so with 14 currently occupied, I need to get ready to start up another set of channels. Due to some cooler weather, I have delayed placing the basil in the system.
