Got the latest batch of Rye Stout bottled. The beer finished at 1.010, giving it 6% ABV. This is what the previous batch ended up at, so we're off to a good start with consistency!
Bottled 3 dozen 12 oz bottles and 4 22 oz bombers. Slightly lower yield from the first batch, but it should still be good.
Popped open the first bottle of it after 2 weeks of conditioning. Very good head! It tasted like the other batch, but it felt slightly sweeter. Overall, great beer! I'll have to do a side-by-side with the other batch. Cheers!
