After nearly 2 months after starting this batch, I have bottled the
Apple Raspberry wine. I had transferred this to secondary on February 2, so it had been bulk aging for a month and a half already. The wine finished at
12.5% ABV and clarified nicely. I'll give it time to age and maybe it will be ready in time for graduation. Cheers!
