DWC Growth Log -- Week of 7/14

Growth in the deep water culture system for the week starting July 14. The system slowly begins recovery from last week's heavy harvests.

July 16
Harvested a bunch of bok choy and some Swiss Chard on the 17th. Very tasty!

July 17 Harvest
Cut back a lot of basil on the 19th. Used it to make some delicious pesto.

July 19 Harvest
July 20
System will take some time to regrow the basil, but the clones from before are rooting. Will have unlimited pesto sooner or later.
