My supply of homebrew started running low. Since I did not want to attempt a full brew day in my new place, I opted to make an old holiday favorite... Pumpkin Cider! I used the same recipe from my first batch. Also using a different stove.
2 Gallons of juice added |
Sugar dissolved |
All other solids added; pumpkin dissolved |
Boiling the cider for 30 minutes |
Allowing the mixture to cool |
Preparing the fermenter |
Fermentation has started |
Pumpkin Apple Cider
4.5 gallons Apple Juice
4 cans Pumpkin (15 oz)
4 tablespoons cinnamon
4 cups sugar
